Phone is always busy.
This place is truly regrettable . I could be homeless and live better. 4 years, 3 different management companies and same results. Bad management and maintenance . There is BLACK MOLD in most if not all the apartments because the water is not draining properly and the buildings have not been sealed to stop it in recent decades . This complex was one of the better in Fairborn but it's way past it's prime for what they want for leasing out these crappie apartment .
