Came to look at reviews to see if I should call this company for oil and see the owner responding rudely to EVERY 1 star? Yeaaa I expect a rude reply because that’s the pattern I’m seeing. I’m leaving this 1 star review because other customers should spare themselves another bad company, especially for heating oil. Even if a company isn’t good all the time, their rude responses to ALL their customers constructive criticism SHOWS that they’re right… and insulting them!? Unprofessional

The owner wife told me to kill myself because I kept calling the business back to back for a receipt I’m entitled to. Everyone that works for this company is very unprofessional and ignorant. I put a complaint in with Quincy police and better business bureau. No one should ever treat a customer like that. Worst experience ever. My funding comes from ABCD by the way. The lies these people will tell. They’re not even located on Dorchester ave either the work from home out of Quincy ma. Which is false advertisement!!!!!!
Ive been using A & B since buying our home, over 10 yrs ago. Never had an issue with service.
