Bill scheduled an early-morning 8am visit. That day, not seeing anyone and not having heard from him, I contact him and learn that he cannot come until the late morning. He did not bother notifying me. He said he will call back to reschedule but never did. Total waste of time.
Highly recommend Bill’s company. They are very responsive with a great work ethic. Fit us in on an emergency call, and got the parts and installation done to perfection.
