Sent 9 pages to be translated from Spanish to English. Person said on the phone they do complete translation service. After 3 weeks of trying to get hold of this person, he FINALLY sent the translation. A whole ONE PAGE. When I contacted him to tell him that USCIS needs the entire packet translated, he assured me that he has done this "dozens of times" and what I received was all I needed. What a crock!
