I haven’t posted about this and really wanted to share. We have been going to A & B for awhile with either mine and/or my moms dog, Lizzie. On May 28th this year my father suddenly passed away. He lived in Montana a 27 hr drive and with my husband in the hospital my mom went with me and my young girls. We followed my brother and his family. I have used A&B for Lizzie since I moved here 8 years ago. They are always so nice and it is so very clean. I take her there for grooming & boarding when out of town. She never seems to mind it when I leave her & is happy & smells good when I pick her up! We had an emergency in our family, an accidental death in Montana, and they responded quickly to my post & went out of their way to help me! I love AB Kennel. I have my dogs groomed, book play dates and boarding. The staff has been awesome on all fronts. When I lost Maggie they were wonderful and loving. Now with my new family member Bennett joining Spencer and I they have been great at letting me know how Bennett is doing since he is new to their facility. Rachel in grooming is great and very good with the dogs. I would highly recommend AB Kennel to anyone to utilize their services.
Despite years of service for both boarding and grooming, we were told that because we had canceled two boarding reservations that we would be charged over $200 to walk back in the door. Both the front desk and manager were rude and unwilling to discuss any options other than payment in full. If your business is suffering, then it's probably not the best idea to charge your loyal customers for "booking cancelations" when all that is on file is a he-said-she-said system of record.
We love our friends at A&B! They always go above and beyond to help our furry kiddos. :)
Love the "Remarkable" service & care for our dog!!���
We've been bringing our 3 dogs here since 2009 and they love their stay at A&B! They get excited when we pull up out front, and it's a huge relief to know our furbabies are in great hands!
