Horrible, did not finish job and stopped answering the phone
The front desk person was very friendly and courteous. He seemed to genuinely concerned and helpful about the problem with my car.
I have used AB for about 17 years to service a Mercedes ML 320, a Mercedes E 320, a Jaguar XJ8 and bit a Mercedes SL 500. He has proven to be a very knowledgeable person who works within my budget to repair what needs to be repaired, not what could be repaired. He is very honest about what needs to be done and is cost efficient when compared to others who repair exotic or foreign vehicles. Highly recommend him.
The owner has an extensive knowledge of European vehicles. This appears to be an honest shop. We felt fortunate to find this shop. I will try to update after 90 days.
