I contacted this plumber, Mickey Banks, to replace a shutoff valve in my bathroom and replace an old outdoor faucet. First of all, I had to wait around all day for them to show up and when they finally did arrive (after I had to call them again), the two of them took 2 hours and managed only to complete the outdoor faucet. They charged me \$250 and promised to come back the next day (though I was instructed to call him, because he admitted he d probably forget).
