The owner Angelina is abusive and changes her mind about contracts willy-nilly. After she decided to verbally increase my rent during my contract term, she came to my office to return the check for the correct (contracted) rent to have it corrected. I would not, as you cannot increase rent during the term of a lease. She now wants abusively high late fees (not listed in the contract) in addition to increased rent, or she's going to have the health department shut me down because we won't have a commissary.
