I had a wonderful experience here! I had just moved to kerrville from out of state and Sharon was so kind and welcoming. All my stuff was safe and easy to access. If I needed to I would totally store stuff here again. The ONLY thing is that the roads are pretty hill-y in the area, so it was sometimes a little nerve wracking with a little car, but it did just fine as long as I went slow :)
I didn't use the storage for as long as I thought I would I would need it... I barely had it ten days and not allowed a refund. I'm just out 70 something dollars on a technicality... Would not recommend...
If your a moving company, better plan ahead, terrible drive in and pull out situations, shuttle situation from outside this small place. Definitely not a good spot for a large move in. Maybe a car or truck drop off, just not a situation for professional moving companies.
Great rates. Lowest rates that I found around Kerrville area. Very nice manager.
