I completed my lease and was told I could move in, but no one mentioned that a specialty cylinder lock was required until after I had already moved over all my valuables of equipment into the unit. I called and texted multiple times throughout the day with no response —not a single call back despite repeated urgent messages. When I finally got a reply, it was just a link to a lock on Amazon that I had to buy and wouldn’t arrive until several days later.
