They more than doubled my monthly rate from one month to the next. I never received any notice either, although they claim they sent it to me. I understand rates get raised from time to time, but $120.00 to $252.00. What a joke! Horrible service to a client since 2021. They didn't even try to make things right...like, I don't know maybe apologize that I didn't get notice....or maybe ask how to make it right for the sake of reputation and for the sake of providing decent customer service.
