A & B Kia is a family owned, full service dealership that has been serving the Ohio Valley since 1992. Our 130,000 square foot total indoor facility houses all of our new and pre-owned vehicles. "It's summertime all the time" is our business theme says owner Mike Ferns. Located in the same building is an extensive service department where we offer a friendly atmosphere and a well lit, ventilated air conditioned shop.

This is one of the best dealership service departments I have ever used. They never keep me waiting longer than expected, their work is good, and they are trustworthy.
First class salesperson, no pressure. Before actually purchasing the vehicle they spent over an hour describing how the machine functions.
I called to get a price on a vehicle they had listed on their website. The guy who answered the phone gave me the price which was, completely outrageous and no wonder why it’s still on their lot. He told me their owner “hates” the type of vehicle I was going to be trading in. Completely unprofessional and worst customer service. Went with a way better dealership and so happy this crappy place didn’t get my service
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have called 4 times now to just book an appointment to have my car looked at for a recall and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I get sent to service every time and then they tell me I’ll get a call back and nothing ever happens. Manager also sent me to service and did nothing to help.
This is by far the worst place of service that I’ve ever had to deal with. They’ve literally had my car for 4 days now, not to mention it’s Saturday so their so called service team won’t be back until Monday. My cars covered under warranty to replace my starter, they never gave me a loaner vehicle and I know a starter doesn’t take 4 days to fix.
