Honestly, I had a WAY overdue recall on my car and DID NOT care for the way Cochran Kia's service dept in Pittsburgh dealt with me on my phone calls. I'm in the neighborhood WV and made an appt here. Friendly employees AND while I'm waiting I peeked into showcase and found a few affordable cars I'm in with. Shane, the car salesman, I spoke with, was NOT pushy NOR hovering over me, which was nice. All around a very good experience here.
