Went to get an inspection and they failed me because of my window tint, everything else passed. The tint is the original tint from dealership. I figured I’d try a new place since it was close to my home, but I won’t ever go back. It’s had an inspection every year since 2009 and never had an issue. They still charged me $25 for a failed inspection. This was at the location on Spencer. Ridiculous!
Please do not use these people!!! I went to get my oil changed 5/14/18 and yesterday 5/24/18 my change oil light came on again. Now I go back up there and the guy tells me they must’ve forgot to reset the light. That’s a lie because it was off!!! I also asked to look at the oil considering it was just changed it should still look golden, well but it looks dirty and he said the dipstick was burnt!!! I’m like really????? Do I called the manager Joseph B and he says it happens all the time and there’s nothing they can do!!!! Ok... read more
