I just called in for a general question and ended up hanging up. Poor customer service.
VERY POOR customer service!! when i called to ask about an ac pulley the guy was very rude. he went on saying they dont have just a pulley and before i could ask about other ac units that might work he hung up on me. very dissatisfied.
