The manager ,(whom speaks English)was very rude,he kept talking over me and would not allow me to complete my sentence,I often had to repeat my question because he refuse to demonstrate good listening skills,I address the issue he did not apologize,but hang up in my face! Good reviews can be manipulated by the employees!
