I booked a stay and they would not let me check in due to not having physical id asked for refund they did not offer id until next day 24 hours later wasn’t helpful
Great location clean affordable rooms
They kept our deposit claiming there was a smoke smell in our room. WE DON'T EVEN SMOKE. It's ok though. Good won't come from stealing. Next time I'll make sure to smoke in the room
Not sure why this place has such low ratings but I enjoyed my stay here very much. It was clean, service was good and efficient and check in/out was easy.
We paid $180 for one night here for the Noah Kahan concert and unfortunately our room (a non-smoking room) reeked of cigarette smell and what seemed like a sewage pipe leak coming from the bathroom and occasionally the air conditioner.
