Inhospitable, unprofessional, and lack of communication amongst the staff My booking was one night through Agoda (online), and the other directly with the hotel. The night I got in I asked front desk if I could have the same room since I was to stay two nights. "AB" told me to inform the morning crew and "no problem". The location was perfect because we could reach the stadium area quickly. Our room was cool, quiet, and comfortable during the entire visit. The air conditioning worked extremely well in the Texas heat. I appreciated the clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Free parking near the room made unloading luggage very easy. We would definitely return for another event in the area.
The hotel’s location made reaching the park very quick and convenient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and included a microwave for quick meals. The children enjoyed sitting outside at the picnic tables during the evening. The property also felt safe and quiet during nighttime hours. Parking was free and close to our room entrance. We would definitely stay here again for another family trip.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel while attending a baseball game nearby. The location made getting to Globe Life Park quick and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable for the weekend. We would happily stay here again during another trip to Arlington.
