Called, they said they would send someone out and told them not to come on one specific day that we wouldn't be in the building. They came on that day and wanted to argue that it was our fault. They eventually came again, looked at the area where we had reported seeing bugs, said they would be back with monitoring traps and they never came back. No calls, no invoices, nothing. I got some sketchy vibes from them so never contacted them after that.
When we called, we explained the problem we were having - cluster flies on the outside of the house. We were told with a couple of treatments in the fall, the problem would be taken care of. The house was treated once. We tried all winter to contact the company, with no return calls. Finally, in the spring, after two straight weeks of calling, I was able talk to someone.
