Carlos, marcos and his crew did an EXCELLENT JOB. Carlos and Marcos spent about 40 minutes thinking and trying to fix what was wrong with my air conditioner. I have called numerous places and other places did not know my problem and left. But Carlos marcos and his crew did an EXCELLENT job and they will be getting 5 stars. Prices were amazing 🤩
We have been using this company for years. Carlos and his crew always do excellent work. They know exactly what they are doing. We have a zoned system with two heat pumps (one with an air handler) and two package units, so there is always something to fix. Latest problem was rock squirrels under the house destroying ducts. Carlos and his crew are extremely helpful and professional. He has taken care of a few small service calls for me and recently replaced my system. He gave me a very fair price and was extremely prompt and responsive throughout.
The owner of A-Artic Air Condition has decades of experience in HVAC maintenance and installation. I have personal now Carlos for about 9 yrs. My first experience with Carlos he helped me trouble shoot an ac issue. Carlos spent 2 hours trouble shooting the issue never giving up. He could have told me it was the compressor like the previous company a week earlier. He didn't give up. He finally traced the problem to a wiring short.
