Purchased vehicle from them then found out it had a salvage title and they failed to inform me of this as per state law then tried to return vehicle as per state law and they refused to reimburse me my money according to state law and kept making excuses for why they arent able to remedy the situation

Tried selling me a car and had many red flags. When I tried to test drive the battery died and he said he would replace it. All they did was go to the back and pick out a used one and put it in the car. and had the AUDACITY charge it and it still was dead too. Then guy drove it around and came back and the engine was smoking. I told the dealer to fix the bumper if he wants me to buy it at his price, and he agreed. He also agreed to “replace” battery.
