Marko showed remarkable understanding and appreciation for legacy systems and fixing only what's broken without upselling or pushing for replacement when existing equipment functioned normally it was just a control valve that got contaminated in recent gas line work. He is an expert!
It’s such a relief to work with an HVAC company that actually repairs your heating system instead of immediately trying to sell you a new one! Our furnace is very old, and Marko is truly one of the best when it comes to air conditioning and furnace repair. He was able to locate the correct parts for our Trane heater here in Redwood City, California, and had everything running the same day. Marko installed our furnace over 20 years ago. So when it was stopping before it was reaching the desired temperature, I thought we should call the same company. Marko himself answered and was able to come out to help us the next day, even in this busy times. Marko didn’t the full clean up of the furnace that hasn’t been maintained for so many years and he switched out the circuit board.
