Gabby was not able to follow directions and socialize well before I called A and J Behavioral Health! They truly listened to me from the first moment I called and are still listening to me. It is a real collaboration between the therapists and myself (and my husband). It couldn’t do it without them! Thank you! You are the best!
My husband and I have been searching for 3 years to find someone to help. A and J behavioral health is like House MD where they listen and learn and figure out what’s going on with your child. Neurologists and the behavioral pediatrician it seems are not experts in mental health. They diagnosed my son with ADHD but when I looked up his symptomologies/behaviors it didn’t seem correct. A and J knew better and now with his correct diagnosis he is getting the correct treatment. Thank you so much!
What a relief it was to find A & J after trying 2 other agencies that gave us the runaround. Services started within a month and we love our therapist! So grateful!!
Horrible and very useless office staff. Not willing to help and has no concern empathy for patient. Office staff would not confirm insurance. Even though insurance company stated the doctor was covered. She chose to call the Magellan pharmacy number on our Insurance card and not United Healthcare. Out right REFUSED and stated I can’t help you. In a way this saved me a headache over time. When you are dealing with your child and their well being, this is not the additional stress you want to deal with.
