This is a review of Brad Feig, owner of A & J. Beware of his bait and switch. We had an "evaluation" with him yesterday at his Holbrook office. Waited almost a month for this and when we walked into his incredibly dirty, (actual dirt pile on floor in waiting room), office, he was there on a big screen instead of in person. Nobody told us this was a zoom meeting. He was cold, unfriendly and never even introduced himself. Just saw his name on the screen below his face. waited over a year on a waiting list and had to constantly call myself because no one ever followed up. If I didn’t call, no one would have contacted me. The staff member named Stephanie was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She has a serious attitude problem and speaks to patients in a very nasty way. Absolutely unacceptable. Gabby was not able to follow directions and socialize well before I called A and J Behavioral Health! They truly listened to me from the first moment I called and are still listening to me. It is a real collaboration between the therapists and myself (and my husband). It couldn’t do it without them! Thank you! You are the best!

My husband and I have been searching for 3 years to find someone to help. A and J behavioral health is like House MD where they listen and learn and figure out what’s going on with your child. Neurologists and the behavioral pediatrician it seems are not experts in mental health. They diagnosed my son with ADHD but when I looked up his symptomologies/behaviors it didn’t seem correct. A and J knew better and now with his correct diagnosis he is getting the correct treatment. Thank you so much!
