A and D Construction did a lot of siding and exterior trim repair on our house in preparation for exterior painting, Even though they had to work around rain, they finished the job promptly and always clean up after themselves every day. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, The only thing that could have been better is that the final cost of the work came in at 15% above the quote. The owner of A and D Construction, Baldemar, came out to the property to provide a quote to repair and prep my house for painting. He was able to identify the items that needed to be repaired and was very knowledgeable about how to do the repairs and what materials were needed. Once we decided to move forward with Baldemar, he scheduled the work promptly. He was easy to work with and along with his crew performed all the work professionally and on time.

A and D Construction is awesome! Baldemar, the owner, is knowledgeable, innovative with clever solutions, prompt and professional. His team work diligently, quietly and very professionally. RUN don't walk to hire A and D Construction! They did a remarkable job repairing my very grand and intricate back arbor!
