Edit: because of my review, they fixed the problem below, but the experience was so bad I can’t in good conscience change much about the review. Use them at your own risk. Customer service is rough. Do not use this storage company. I have been trying to cancel my account with them for 3 months now and no luck. They give me the run around, phone numbers are disconnected, they say they need to get approval from district office and never cal me back. It’s a hot mess! ⚠️WARNING!⚠️ DO NOT use this storage company. I have been trying to cancel my account with them for 3 months now and no luck. They give me the run around, phone numbers are disconnected, they say they need to get approval from district office and never cal me back. It’s a hot mess! People who have positive reviews below, mention staff who have QUIT (Orlando) and TJ is not responsive! Waiting for your call for 3 weeks now TJ! They have new owners, raised the prices and do not respond to customer needs. DO NOT recommend!

I was paying well under $100.00 for my first unit. They just moved my product to a different facility and gave me this bill. This company has some real issues and this should be a Federal Situation.
