I have been a customer of A-America Storage and unfortunately feel compelled to share a frustrating pattern I've experienced with their billing department. This is the second time within 12 months that they have claimed not to receive my payment, resulting in an unwarranted late fee of $32.80 this time. I was looking for a storage as I'm in the prosses of moving and needed some space for my truck and other items I don't have space for. Will is amazing and a great help in getting me moved in and explaining the rules and policies.
