“American Storage on Sutro Reno NV is solid. Super friendly staff who really go the extra mile. Big shoutout to Will— super helpful and kind. Really great customer service.”
The staff at A-American Storage is wonderful. They are super attentive and always willing to help. My overall experience with them has been very good. I wish the hours were a little bit longer in the evening, but other than that it is a wonderful storage facility and I would recommend it to anyone the only reason it’s not five stars is because it’s not open later and like all storage facilities there are a few things that need to be worked on and upgraded overall my experience is great because of the way it’s run.
I have been here for over a year now and i continue to be satisfied with the overall experience the facility has and that the office personnel has everything covered! I will continue to store here!!
Love the staff and the unit.its perfect.
Brian and Rebeca are fantastic, the facility is exactly what we need for our storage and unlike big national brands - they have fair policies and good tech and security. Highly recommend
