The move in process on line was super simple and the office staff are very helpful and polite
Very helpful in paying my bill. Also renting process was super easy
Everybody in the office was excellent. They answered all my questions. The process was quick, super simple, and hassle-free. The price for the size of unit I rented was unbelievable. They also let me use their moving truck to move into my unit. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. Will, turned me from an inquirer into a customer. He answered all my questions, accompanied me over to the Sutro St location, took me to the unit I'd leased/rented where I installed a lock. Will showed me how to use the keypad to enter & exit the storage facilities. The next day, I requested a different unit, one that is easier to drive into & out of.
