Will, turned me from an inquirer into a customer. He answered all my questions, accompanied me over to the Sutro St location, took me to the unit I'd leased/rented where I installed a lock. Will showed me how to use the keypad to enter & exit the storage facilities. The next day, I requested a different unit, one that is easier to drive into & out of. I'm writing this review because I feel the rating of 3.8 does not reflect my experience at all and the management deserves to be complemented and given five plus stars!
