Was looking all over the place for a reasonably priced storage unit in the Reno and ran across this hidden gem! Jason and Rebecca were very professional and friendly. They helped me find the right sized unit and we filled all the paperwork necessary that day. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe storage space in the UNR area!

The move in process on line was super simple and the office staff are very helpful and polite

Everybody in the office was excellent. They answered all my questions. The process was quick, super simple, and hassle-free. The price for the size of unit I rented was unbelievable. They also let me use their moving truck to move into my unit. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. They treated me like family instead of just another customer and I can honestly say that there is no better storage rental company out there that I've dealt with anywhere and I've had storage units in 5 different states.
