They are great, good security,clean and always helpful ,with great prices
I've rented with them twice now, they have extremely helpful staff members along with beyond reasonable pricing. I cannot express how friendly and accommodating the staff members are(both over the phone and in person). Would give 6 stars if I could!!!
I recently had occasion to contact A-American Self Storage for assistance in managing gradually rising rental costs for my storage unit. I am happy to report that the front desk clerks and manager all treated me with respect and tried to help me problem solve. They then helped with finding a lower cost option and use of a fork lift to assist with the move.
I’ve been using a storage unit for years and the staff have always been incredibly helpful. If you need assistance moving your belongs from the unit they’re always ready to land a hand and provide any additional information you might need. The customer service is fantastic. Always willing to chat when you need support and they’ll truly amazing.
