Super easy check in! They were also super helpful on the phone and worked with our situation. If you need a storage unit, I highly recommend!
These people are theives. They broke into my unit and stole from me. They called me one day and told me to come go through my stuff because it had been broken into by thieves who rented out another unit and had no true address connected to it. They supposedly broke into 5 or 6 other units but they said they did not catch them on camera. Conveniently there was a door that blocked the view of the camera as they were in other peoples units.They didn't even catch them on the outer cameras.
