Very nice people. They will work with you if you fall behind on payments. They actually try to help you keep your belongings. Two thumbs up. Keep up the goodwill towards people struggling.
Easy move in and very helpful staff that were very kind.
Had a little bit of issues with the app at first, but so grateful that Pam was there. Pam was so helpful and so great. We got everything taken care of and it was the best experience I've ever experienced with U-Haul. If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. Definitely would recommend if you live in the kemah/Webster area that if you need a U-Haul, come here. Pam is amazing and very helpful through the process. Thank you so much.
Under new management September, 2023. Friendly, communicative. I've used their Uhaul truck rentals here before now. This time around, I only needed to rent an appliance dolly.
