I recently had A American replace some fluorescent bulbs in my ceiling. The finished work was well done and very acceptable. When Boris came for the estimate I alerted him that the translucent ceiling panels are easily broken. I also alerted the techs before they started the work. Not surprisingly, four of the eight panels got broken, upon which the lead tech said they would replace them at no charge.
