Great service. They were able to open my car within seconds. Made me an extra key. Good communication. It costs me a pretty penny but I shouldn't have locked my keys in the car, lol. I will definitely use them again if need be.
Hands down the absolutely best! Fast, professional, efficient, and hilarious! I love this couple! They work so well together and they're so dang funny. But more importantly, they have saved me on 3 different occasions in a pinch. They got to me so fast I didn't even have time to get bored and they had me back going again even faster! Got myself locked out of my gun safe so I called Scott. He was quick to let me know. I did not need to worry. He had it taken care of. He showed up on time when he said he was going to. He could’ve went ahead and drilled my safe out, which would’ve made him an extra $400 Instead he found a better way of you’re ever having problems with any kind of lock I highly recommend this guy. He’s super nice also
As a business worker, I am highly dissatisfied with my interaction with Scott. We had an incident at my location where the keys got locked in the safe. We jumped on Google to find a locksmith and A Ambassaador Lock and Key LLC was the only thing that showed up for Elk City. I reached out to Scott to see if they unlocked pad locks and he said they do. We exchanged information, he requested photos of the lock, and so forth. They are absolutely awesome! I lost my key fob with my car locked, so I called them and they showed up the very next day and handled it in less than 10 minutes! Very nice, friendly, and professional! Definitely recommend!
