Their customer service was absolutely awful today. Our garage door opener broke so I called A-All Garage Door, the company that had originally installed it. The business card says 24/7 service. A gentlemen answered the phone and it was very difficult to hear whether I called the right number. Our garage door broke last weekend. First A- All Style was the only company we contacted that could send someone out quickly and they were very helpful in the intial phone call. Once the technician got there we determined the door needed to be replaced. Within 24 hours they installed the exact door we wanted. We bought a home in December 1996 and A-All Style installed a new Chamberlin opener. They worked with us on a time and day that fit our busy schedule. They were prompt on their arrival and had the opener installed quickly, neatly. The installer took the time to explain all the features and operating instructions.
