I was going to wait until winter was officially over to leave a new review. But at the rate Chicago is going, it may snow in July so I'll leave it now. Per usual, this was a solid, dependable and efficient company. I would randomly hear them thumping up and down the steps in the evening, diligently shoveling, scraping ice and/or putting down calcium chloride (or salt? not sure which was agreed to?) as needed.
