We called Residential Air Pros during a heatwave 2 weeks ago. Our technician Mark arrived on time and diagnosed the air conditioning unit within 10 minutes and informed us that the compressor was not starting and needed a capacitor. We had him proceed with the recommended work. The unit has been working beautifully since. He also informed us that if the AC unit fails again and burns the capacitor, it will be time to replace the unit and that they will apply the cost of repair toward a new unit so the money spent will not go ... read more
