I actually wanted to leave a 5 star reviews because this option was the only one that fit my budget and Jeff/Laura were so kind. Unlike PODS/cubes they were able to pick up same day. However I had quite a unfavorable experience with Jeff's wife Cindy and Tricia. There are so many moving parts with this...you have the storage company that holds the boxes, Uhaul that provides the boxes, I think they hired someone else to pick up the boxes and then you hire someone else on the other side to deliver the boxes.
