I had Tony remodel my master bath . He was nice at first but when things were not being done the way we had previously discussed and was actually in writing in our emails he became not so nice. I think due to spite he put our door lock on backwards so that someone could lock you in the bathroom and whatever chemical he used on floor stained our very pricey natural stone tile. Affordable remodeling services remodeled my bathroom for me and did a beautiful job. I have had bad experiences with dealing with contractors in the past; however, they are my confirmation that there are still trustworthy companies out there who deliver what they promise. My bathroom was in dire need of a makeover, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgable they were and how patient they were with me. I will definitely call on ARS and his crew for any future work.
I was not happy about the drywall repair and paint work done by this company. The repair was done in a very small area on the wall and ceiling. I pointed out bubbles from the tape and he tried repairing which in fact caused noticeable bumps on the wall. He used the wrong ceiling paint even though I offered to get him the right match, he used the left over he had from other job. He pretty much tried to finish 2 to 3 days worth of work in 1 day.
