I had a great experience. I didn’t know what to expect, but Sylvia and staff guided me through the entire legal process. I would definitely utilize their services in the future.
I needed help with some legal documents and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. The staff was always professional and pleasant with me. Everything was done in a timely manner and affordable. I would definitely use them again.
I had an appointment and didnt know what to expect. Everyone was very nice and didnt keep me waiting long. My divorce was way over due. Everything was quickly processed and made in a timely manor. I would deffinatly reccomend them to a friend and no doubt use them again!
I went in to start paperwork for child custudy. The receptionist is very pleasant.Met with Mrs, Ramirez explained in detailed how custudy works. I explained my concerns. Its been a easy and handled in a timely manner. I would recommond A Afforable legal service to anyone who needs help.
These terrible people took my money did nothing absolutely nothing for me, and kept my court documents. Set me back time and money. One of the rudest receptionist, and when you need them no one will return a call.
My experience didn't start off very well but it was only because of an unfortunate event. I was contacted by the owner and assured that everything will be taken care of promptly. I feel that it was very professional of her to take the time to reach out to me. It's much appreciated and I'm feeling very good about my experience.
This is the same company as AA Affordable....The worst service I've ever recieved...from the people who answer the phone to Sylvia, the owner herself, they are all very rude. When I went to the "FREE" consultation I was greeted with smiles and told given a guarntee that their services would help me. Once they recieved my money, no one was ever available to take any of my calls or answer any of my questions, every time I called I was told "Sylvia is in a meeting" and she'd get back with me, but she never did. Ms. Ramirez cares about her clients. She is dedicated to providing her clients with the care and respect they deserve.
Bait and switch at its best. You call and they quote you one price. Then you get there and they up the price. Then you bring in paperwork and they up the price again. So very unprofessional they leave random paperwork out for everyone to see.
