Michelle honestly made it so easy, she was super friendly and patient with me and my questions, it was such a great experience that unfortunately I was pleasantly surprised, usually over the phone (not with A-Affordable) the customer service people are not very friendly. These guys made getting my motorcycle insurance, as easy as possible, like they always do! Mayra helped me out over the phone and I was able to get insured and registered all in the same hour! I told her what I wanted and she came back with exactly that. She was so friendly, answered all of my questions, explained everything as detailed as possible!
