Spoke to John, explained what I saw was wrong, (broken spring+) and got a quote over the phone. He came out and fixed it in the same morning. He was efficient and never tried to change the price as many companies do once they are on site. John was very professional and the price was very reasonable. Lifetime warranty on parts.
