Very poor customer service. Would not return my email or phone call regarding my condo insurance being cancelled when I asked why. I finally called the insurer and they told me A Advantage was no longer an agent able to write policies for them. I am transferring to another agency in the area that writes for St. Johns Insurance. A Advantage also doubled charged my credit card in March when I paid my annual premium. It was difficult to reach them then also to get resolved. Their communication skills leave much to be desired.
