No longer using them Long story short: When I bought my house a neighbor recommended this company. I paid for semi-annual maintenance and was pretty happy. Last year they quit sending out the regular tech and started sending out the "service manager" who pressured me to replace my system each and every time he came out. The last time he was out when I was having a problem he refused to even examine the machine. He just said I had to replace it and left....
