Horrible service. They were assigned to me, through my Home Warranty company, in early August. We had 100+ degree heat and it took them two weeks to come out. That was even with expedited service due to an infant and pregnant woman in the home. The tech came as said the motor on the AC/Heat until needed to be replaced an needed freon. If I paid cash for the freon I would get a discount and guaranteed I would be sent a receipt to my email. I was stupid enough to pay cash and never got the receipt of course.
