After moving to the southeast side of Colorado Springs, we needed to find a good mechanic shop in the area. We found A Action Service. After bringing our vehicle to them twice, they are now our go-to. They are honest, knowledgeable, and will tell you what needs to be done right away and what can wait. They use quality parts, including a warranty on parts and labor, with very fair pricing. It was a very seamless experience. My husband and I can’t recommend them enough. Great experience with A Action Service. I had a coolant leak while traveling and needed someone to check the car quickly. The mechanic took the time to inspect the cooling system, helped identify the issue around the coolant cap/seal, and tested the car with me to make sure everything was working properly before I continued my trip. Very honest, helpful, and professional service. I really appreciated the peace of mind they gave me while I was far from home. Highly recommended.
The day that my electric blew out and put me in a motorized vehicle that I couldn't control was the day that I met Mike Hayes and Greg. Mike offered me a ride home and they spent days trying to figure out what was wrong. They told me the car repairs were worth more than the car. They were right. Even though I didn't get to use their services, I would absolutely go use them from now on. On one of the scariest days of my life, they helped me make it out safely.
I had a brake switch go out, so i couldn't shift out of park... stuck in my driveway. I think this was a much better deal than having it towed somewhere and then Uber-ing over to get it. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again. Very happy with the service.
