Dennis Elvir, of A Action Heating & AC was extremely professional while researching the problem with our previously quite operational a/c unit. Fortunately for us it was a simple case of a blown fuse. He has a pleasing personality and is obviously proud of his professional capabilities. Charles arrived in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem easily, had the part on his truck (yay!) and was able to fix one issue. With the returning customer gift certificate, the price was reasonable. Another visit was required on the following Monday - Norm called first thing to set up the appointment, Charles arrived on time, and the necessary part was installed quickly.
