I was having an issue with no hot water throughout my house. The technician was nice, and pointed out that my thermal mixing valve was the problem, which it was. However, I got an ~$800 quote to get it replaced. With a lot of doubt and a little research, I found a way to fix it. All it took was for me to run the water and twist the thermal valve from hot to cold a few times to clear out sediment build up to get my hot water back. Can’t believe I was given a $850 quote for such a simple fix…

The new hot water heater was installed yesterday and it is working great! Kenneth and Raymond did a great job! Today he repaired the toilet in the powder room! Huge improvement! He does excellent work!!
Excellent experience. Very friendly, very prompt. Also honest and fair. I recommend them and will continue to use this company. I’m very appreciative they could get the heat back working so quickly especially with an elderly tenant in the home.
