We have always had exceptionally good service from this company. A few years ago, they installed a Trane high efficiency furnace. They worked in a timely manner and with due diligence - with minimum disruption. Since then, we have worked with Dan Mullenix (a lot of the time) Levi Pennington and Tim. They work well as a team. A-Action was simply amazing when it came to customer service. After getting used to sub-par customer service over the past number of years I wasn't expecting much, but from the start, beginning with Jered through to Blake and Dan it was an exceptional job all the way around.
