The serviceman, Dalton, was extremely professional, courteous and informative. He explained to me everything he would be doing regarding the install. And, once he finished installing then opener, he took the time to show me how to program it.
Placed our call early afternoon and within 35 minutes service provider was at our home. Called me to confirm appointment, received an email with his picture, and not long after a polite knock on the door. Completed his work and all is good. Highly recommend this company for garage door work. Not the first time we have used their service. Thank you!
Sometimes bad things happen, good thing they were able to respond and be on site within hours of calling in my problem. The door opener was changed within hours (~2), and the work area was cleaner that when they arrived.
