Posted fraudulent charges to my credit card. Cannot reach by phone. This was the Hamilton Ohio Absolute Heating from info by Square Chip card. Unable to talk owner John Jacob. Toledo Ohio Absolute denied any participation.
Referred by home warranty company. Called this company multiple times and they never picked up. If you call the second time, they will simply hang it up. They never replied voice mails. Very unprofessional!
Chris did an excellent job fixing my furnace. He showed me what the problem was and what would be needed to fix it. He even gave me some maintenance tips that would help avoid the problem in the future. He was able to come out within 24 hours and was professional and courteous.
The owner dose great work but getting them to call you back is adifferent story
