stop buying your window tint from AutoZone and pep boys and telling me that it's professional-grade film that you ordered....for starters! The owner is so strung out on heroin and meth that she has no savings from which to buy materials and keep them in stock. Therefore, she will only buy window tint film if a customer comes in and 1st pays for it or commits to having the job done. The lady I spoke with was very nice. Although they gave me a 4 hr block of time in which they would be there, a little later then expected, they got there, did my windshield, and I am happy. Thank you
Although my window tining service was completed with no issues; there was a lack of customer service, they very unorganized and the place was very dirty. The office had holes in the walls and the bathroom didn't even have a light in it! I had to use a bathroom at another business. If you don't mind the lack of everything I mentioned then hey, come get your windows tinted. They did great.
Brandy, the owner is super nice and offered hands down the cheapest price in Albuquerque for my car windshield replacement. They repaired my cipped windshield in no time at all. Will continue to come here for my car window needs! Yay Above & Beyond!
