I called Mr. Clarke for service on my dishwasher and he diagnosed the problem the same day. He had to order the part and communicated with me promptly when the part arrived. My experience was Mr. Clarke treats his customers the way he would like to be treated!

A Able Appliance is a very reliable company to do business with. Called early in morning and came to my house to fix my Amana washing machine. Mr. Clark was on time, he made sure he ran all cycles to make sure everything was right until he heard a noise that did not sound right. He finally found the problem and it was resolved quickly. I am very satisfied with the entire experience from beginning to end. I called late one afternoon, dispatch said I would receive a call back within 10 minutes from Mr. Clarke to schedule a time. That's exactly what happened. He was prompt. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem with my ice maker. He needed to come back to install a new ice maker.
