The people who worked on my roof were very polite and professional. They did a great job on the roof and the clean up.

A-**** has repaired my roof 3 times over the past 10 years. They are the only company I called who would handle smaller repair jobs and not sell me on a new roof because I did not need it. My roof is getting old and they will be getting my business. The repairs they made are the only parts of the roof holding out.
My only complain is after they finished their work (in Nov 2022). I called them a couple times, and they never got back to me. I asked the to take picture of what they did up in the roof (for archiving) and sent them to me. They sent a couple of employees to take the pictures, and I have not received them (spite of sending e-mails asking for them). I asked the to correct a gutter spout they did wrong.
