Had a storm drain checked for a clog. I wasn't at the house and didn't get a detailed report emailed as promised. $245 for nothing
Shout out to Jeff for his professional, sincere service to replace my water heater after my basement flooded! Justin came promptly to help him take broken water heater and pick up new one. Jeff came back the next day to troubleshoot an issue with heater . Jeff went out of his way to make sure I had hot water! He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable!
