Everything went great. Caleb explained my opinions. The work was great and the final results are beautiful.
Devin was very courteous and professional . Gave us 25 minutes before arrival. Advised us of some items on our electronic thermostat we were not aware of.
I could not be any happier with Micheal’s work. He was very friendly and professional and he did a top notch job on the task I wanted completed. I highly recommend both A Abel electric as well as Michael.
I should have said ‘no’ 1) I was told ‘no service fee’. But was charged a ‘dispatch fee ‘. Asked technician what that was, he said ‘for me to be dispatched to you’. Hmm sounds like a service fee 2) technician did not lay plastic to wheel in huge shop/vac or huge drain snake 3) I showed where water coming up from drain. He did not snake that but said he needed to take toilet off to go through that pipe 4) he wanted to charge me for cleaning the room where drain was 5) there is a washer on the floor by toilet .. where did this... read more
A-Abel is a great company, I appreciate all of their services and professional staff. I want to call out Robert Johns for an excellent job on my annual HVAC inspection. He spent more time than any technician has ever spent going through the whole system. The exterior A/C unit has never been cleaned as well as he cleaned it. He is very conscientious and detailed in his work. Thank you, Robert!
